Job Description:

We have been exclusively instructed by a very exciting technology scale-up business, created by second-time founders and backed by private equity, which has a highly promising future.

Their business model is highly scalable and will be driven by acquisitions of established UK operating businesses, making M&A experience fairly core.

The founders are seeking a high-energy, robust lawyer to join their senior leadership team (title TBD, possibly GC, CLO, HoL, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years PQE. In-house experience is advantageous as the role involves setting up the legal function and utilizing legal tech tools to improve efficiency.
