Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic counsel to the board and executive team, navigating a complex global regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior/executive leadership on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Support international expansion and navigate complex legal landscapes.
• Oversee high-impact strategic initiatives, including fundraising and partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing legal team.
• Ensure robust governance and compliance frameworks.

About You:

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of years PQE in the technology sector (SaaS preferred).
• Proven expertise in navigating international regulations and supporting strategic growth.
• Strong experience leading and managing the legal aspects of significant fundraising and M&A transactions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in high-stakes enterprise SaaS negotiations and team management.
