About The Role

As Club Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our Slough site — developing your team, keeping operations smooth, and creating an environment where players, customers and community groups feel welcome and looked after. You’ll also work closely with local partners, schools, and businesses to keep the club connected and thriving.

It’s a hands-on leadership role where you’ll wear a lot of hats — coach, mentor, organiser, problem-solver, community rep — and no two days will look the same.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train and inspire your team to deliver brilliant customer service and hit club KPIs
• Be a visible, approachable presence in the club — for staff, players and visitors
• Manage all aspects of club operations, from cleanliness and safety to rotas and stock
• Drive revenue by building links with local schools, teams, community groups and businesses
• Own the club’s performance against budget — with support from your Regional Ops Manager
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and confidence
• Take pride in creating a place where people feel part of something
