1. Type of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunities, support class teacher in delivering lessons.
2. Start Date: Immediate
3. Rate of pay: £95 – £115
4. Hours: 08:30 – 16:00

Experience

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
• Experience of working in Primary Schools
• Experience of inclusive classroom practice
• An understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements
• Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Driving (not essential)

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child-related references
