Vision for Education is seeking a candidate with excellent subject knowledge and experience with SEND students. If you are a qualified teacher with experience in an SEN/SEMH setting, we want to hear from you!

To be eligible:

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Obtain a child-only DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
  • Provide professional references
  • Have an up-to-date CV with all education and career history
  • Experience in a similar role

As a Class Teacher, you will lead a class-team (pupils and staff). You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to achieving the best outcomes for vulnerable learners. Creativity, passion for teaching, and a track record of improving outcomes for young people are essential. Experience working with young people with additional needs, including childhood trauma, SEMH, and ASC, is preferred.
