General Catering Manager - Northampton
£40,000 per annum
5 over 7 days, varied shifts

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Catering Manager to lead the catering operations at a busy site in Northampton. With responsibility for a large team delivering multiple food service offerings, including breakfast, lunch, night shift feeding and hospitality. this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to drive service excellence and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full operational oversight of all catering and cleaning services on site.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 16 direct reports and 17 employees.
• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, safety, hygiene, and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Proactively seek service improvements and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and meeting financial targets.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
