We are working with a fantastic Independent School catering provider who is searching for a new Head of Catering for this amazing school in the heart of Dorset.

About the role:

As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering, hospitality, and internal/external events. The role is largely Monday – Friday, but some weekends will be required throughout the year. The ideal candidate will have experience in the independent school or B&I market.

The Catering Manager will oversee and develop a team both front and back of house, working with some of the best in the business.

Ideal Experience:

• Experience in Contract Catering, ideally in independent schools or B&I.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to create a motivated and high-performing team.
• Financial understanding and P&L management, along with experience in writing budgets.
• A strategic thinker with big ideas to drive the business forward.
