Role
  1. Oversee daily operations across café, hospitality, and staff dining services.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all locations.
  4. Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations.
  6. Develop and implement operational strategies.
  7. Manage location finances effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Contract catering experience, particularly from the B&I market, with a keen awareness of current food trends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
