Job description

As General Assistant for Sodexo at Shrubland Street Community School, Shrubland Street, Whitnash, CV31 2AR, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a fast-paced food and beverage service. Your responsibilities include showcasing menu items attractively, ensuring excellent service, and working regular hours with public holidays off, including Christmas.

What you do:
  • Prepare meals for the school community.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving areas.
  • Support loading and unloading supplies.
  • Follow food handling, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Operate equipment correctly and uphold company reputation.

  • Orderly and dedicated approach.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle pressure, and communicate effectively.

Package Details:
  • £12.21 per hour
  • 7.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 12:00 - 13:30
  • Term-time only (39 weeks), paid over 52 weeks with spread pay.
