Job summary

MyNewTerm in Bedford is seeking a General Catering Assistant to join our kitchen team. The role is based at our Independent School, catering for babies from 6 weeks up to 6th form, across two sites. The post is term time only plus 3/4 training days a year, approximately 30 hours per week, usually 8am–3pm, Monday to Friday.

Experience is welcomed but not essential. You will work as part of a team, taking instruction and guidance as needed and be able to work under pressure when required.

Job description

We are looking to appoint a General Catering Assistant to join our kitchen team.

We are an Independent School catering for babies from 6 weeks up to 6th form currently split over two sites.

The post is term time only plus 3/4 training days a year and will be approx. 30hours / week working 8am - 3pm Monday to Friday. ( happy to negotiate hours/times for right candidate)

Experience is preferred but not essential.
