Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Builder/Skilled Maintenance Person to join our growing team. You will assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of various buildings and properties we maintain. This includes both new builds, renovations, and general maintenance. Your expertise will contribute to creating safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction & Building Work: Perform a wide range of tasks related to the building and renovation of structures, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical works, roofing, and more.
• Structural Repairs & Maintenance: Conduct repairs on existing buildings, including patching, painting, plastering, and other maintenance tasks.
• Installation: Install windows, doors, and other structural elements.
