About Company & Role
An established family run business with over 50 years of expertise in quality building, renovation, and landscaping services is currently expanding their team.
This organisation is enjoying considerable growth in the refurbishment sector and is currently seeking a General Builder on a temporary to permanent basis.
The General Builder must be prepared to travel up to a 1-hour radius to various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire, and a van and fuel card will be supplied.
Projects undertaken are mainly property refurbishments that include:

1. Painting & Decorating
2. Plastering & Rendering
3. Kitchen & Bathrooms
4. Carpentry & Joinery
5. Tiling & Flooring
6. General Building & Maintenance
7. Brickwork and Repointing
8. Gardening & Grounds Maintenance

Candidate profile:

1. Experienced and knowledgeable in various trades including carpentry, brickwork, plastering, tiling, and flooring.
2. Flexible and hard-working.
3. Willing to travel up to a 1-hour radius to cover various projects in Wiltshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire.

Details, Salary and benefits:
Usual site hours Monday to Friday are 8am-4.30pm.
£35,000-£38,000 per annum depending on experience.
Van and fuel card provided.
Holiday pay.
Bonus scheme.
