General Assistant, Wilmslow Garden Centre (Temp)

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire, United Kingdom, SK9 2JN

Type: Temporary, Part-time

We are looking for a Part Time Temporary Retail Assistant to join the team in our Wilmslow Garden Centre. Our competitive rates of pay range from £9.58 to £11.46 dependent on age. This is a temporary role running until June. The hours for this position are 18 per week over 3 days including regular weekend shifts, so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.

What you will be doing as a General Retail Assistant?

• Till operation and serving customers
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
• Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
• Assisting our customers across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
