The Opportunity

Are you looking for a flexible role where you can make a difference? We are seeking a General Assistant to ensure all facilities services at our property are provided effectively and efficiently. You will be the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external agencies.

What You'll Do

  1. Maintain Operations: Ensure cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (if needed) are all functioning well and meet targets.
  2. Public Areas: Keep shared spaces clean, tidy, and in good condition.
  3. Safety Checks: Conduct regular fire and security checks, address issues promptly, and keep records.
  4. Communication: Serve as the main contact for teams and partners, maintaining communication via email, phone, and post.
  5. Health & Safety: Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  6. Security: Maintain security protocols and know emergency procedures.
  7. Site Access: Manage entry and exit records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
