Job summary

Klondyke Crieff Garden & Visitor Centre is seeking a part-time General Retail Assistant to join our team in Crieff. You will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases and help create attractive displays across the centre.

The role involves till operation, stock replenishment, housekeeping, and supporting customers on weekends with flexible hours. No evening shifts, 32 hours per week over 4 days. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, engaging personality with a genuine love for helping customers.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Shift flexibility including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Till operation and serving customers.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across departments.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays.
• Assist customers around the Centre and during purchases.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist customers with carrying purchases to their cars.
• Collect trolleys and shopping baskets.

We are looking for a Part Time Permanent Retail Assistant to join the team in Crieff Garden & Visitor Centre

Our competitive rates of pay range isdependent on age.

The hours for this position are 32 hours per week over 4days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.

What you will be doing as a General Retail Assistant?

• Till operation and serving customer
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all department
• Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
• Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
