Role Overview

JD Gyms is an exciting, award-winning budget gym chain that is expanding rapidly across the UK. We invest over £1.5m in fitting out our gyms to create top-quality, stylish environments for our members.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards who can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
• Keep the entire gym facility at the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to help deliver exceptional standards across the group.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.

Skills And Experience

• Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passionate about exceeding expectations.
• Experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.
