Key Responsibilities

- Work as part of the Fleet team with a customer-first attitude.

- Improve returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and create frictionless processes supporting the retail counter.
- Support the retail counter to ensure branch retail standards are best in class, establishing customer experience excellence.
- Deliver customer-first service by managing pick to manifest times and achieving service level agreements.
- Assist the branch with deliveries when required, ensuring it is set up for growth through excellent customer service and SLAs.
- Consistently deliver a best-in-class service to cement customer excellence.
