Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Handbook and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
2. Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks. Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
4. Ensure the entire gym facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
5. Adhere to uniform standards at all times.
6. Deliver outstanding member service consistently.
7. Participate in colleague training videos to support the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
8. Undertake any other reasonable duties, projects, or meetings as required.
9. Be an ambassador of JD Gyms at all times.
