Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a General Assistant to join its catering team at Wimborne Minster. You will help keep catering areas clean and well-presented while supporting smooth delivery of food and beverage services.

The role requires good literacy and numeracy, reliability, and a positive team approach. Flexible across the school site and open to training opportunities, with an annual salary around £12,054.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across catering areas.
• Assisting with food and beverage service, clearing tables and servery areas.
• Washing kitchen utensils and crockery.
• Supporting basic food preparation and stock replenishment.
• Completing cleaning rotas and checklists.
• Reporting any equipment issues or spillages.
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Supporting and coaching new team members.
• Attending relevant training and working flexibly across the school site when required.

Working as part of a friendly team, youll help ensure our catering and service areas are kept clean, safe and well:presented, while supporting the smooth delivery of food and beverage services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
