Sodexo Group is recruiting a General Assistant at Northfield Road Primary School, Dudley. The role involves supporting a busy school food service, from meal preparation to serving and ensuring hygiene in kitchen and dining areas.

You will work as part of a team with a focus on high standards of service, safety, and customer care during term-time only. Training will be provided to support your success.

About the Role

As a General Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of a busy food service operation. From preparing and serving food to keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organised, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team delivering great service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Additional Information

Term Time Only – Equated Pay
This role works 39 weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
