Location: Keldy

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Seasonal

Working Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week

Days of Work: 4 days out of 7 - Monday and Friday in Housekeeping, plus 2 additional days in the Retreat.

About the General Assistant Role:

The General Hospitality Assistant job is primarily for the summer months only and would suit university or school students however we are open to making this a permanent role for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will be varied and you will be open to working across all of our location departments of facilities, reception, café / kitchen and housekeeping. Full training will be given and this is an excellent way to fill out your CV with experience across multiple divisions of hospitality, with training certificates to back it up.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, packing and delivery of laundry to cabins
  • Making beds and general cleaning in housekeeping
  • Collecting bins and doing assisting with general maintenance
  • Pot wash and table cleaning in the café
  • Stock replenishment in the shop

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

  • 16 years: £7.55 per hour
  • 17 years: £10.00 per hour
