Role overview:

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards who can balance interacting with our members while getting the job done.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
2. Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
4. Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment are safe to use.
5. Ensure the entire gym facility is maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
6. Adhere to uniform standards at all times.
7. Deliver outstanding member service.
8. Participate in colleague training videos to promote exceptional standards across the group.
9. Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
