Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering AI/GenAI in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI use cases.
• Experience prototyping with PoCs and demos.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.
• Nice to have ITSM/Service Management background.
• Energy/Utilities sector exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assessing Service Management processes, workflows and operational challenges.
• Identifying and prioritising opportunities for AI, GenAI and automation.
• Translating business problems into practical AI use cases.
• Demonstrating how solutions could work through prototypes and PoCs.
• Taking ideas from opportunity through solution design toward implementation.
• Collaborating with Service Management, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Advising teams on embedding AI into current ways of working.
