Your Role

We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of generative AI solutions across enterprise use cases. This role will be pivotal in shaping our AI strategy, driving innovation, and delivering scalable, secure, and ethical GenAI-powered systems that transform business processes and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture
• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, and custom fine-tuning approaches.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective GenAI systems leveraging cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Define integration patterns with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data lakes, APIs).
• Technical Leadership
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to implement GenAI models.
• Evaluate and select appropriate GenAI frameworks, libraries, and model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
• Lead PoCs and pilot deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model safety, bias mitigation, and responsible AI.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and internal governance policies.
• Define monitoring and observability strategies for GenAI systems in production.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
• Present architectural decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption strategies for GenAI-powered tools.
