Aviva plc is seeking a GenAI Platform Run Manager to lead the Oasis Run & Operations team, ensuring security, resilience and availability as Generative AI adoption grows. You will work with engineering, security, cloud infrastructure and business teams to embed operational excellence and reliable services across Aviva.
The role focuses on incident, problem, change and risk management, enterprise cloud and platform services, and strong stakeholder management to drive cost efficiency and service
Salary: circa £72,000

Oasis is Aviva's Generative AI platform, helping colleagues work smarter and deliver better outcomes for our customers. As our Oasis Run & Operations Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for keeping the platform secure, resilient and available as adoption continues to grow.
You'll work closely with engineering, security, cloud infrastructure and business teams to improve operational performance and service reliability. You'll help ensure AI technologies are supported safely, responsibly and efficiently across Aviva.
