Job summary

Forward Role is seeking a Data Science & AI Trainer (SC Clearance) to deliver GenAI, data science and Python training to public sector and enterprise learners. The role combines hands-on instruction with course development, including designing bespoke material and using instructional design principles.

You will teach virtually and face-to-face, cover prompt engineering and NumPy, and work with AI/ML engineers to shape course content. UK travel is required alongside home-based delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver technical training to diverse audiences, virtual and in person.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Solid grounding in ML techniques and Python, including NumPy.
• Experience designing learner-centred courseware.
• Eligible for, and willing to obtain, SC security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led GenAI, Data Science and Python training to government and enterprise clients, virtually and face to face.
• Teach vendor-specific and bespoke courses covering prompt engineering, ML techniques and the NumPy ecosystem.
• Design and develop courseware using instructional design principles and tailored to client requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, feeding insight into course development and client programmes.
• Meet trainer satisfaction and observation targets; participate in peer observations.
