Qualifications

• Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with customer behaviour analytics, marketing, digital, or product analytics.
• Proven ability to own workstreams from planning to delivery of insights or AI/ML POCs.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and data science tooling.

Responsibilities

• Apply data-driven insights to real business challenges across CX and marketing domains.
• Lead or contribute to GenAI/LLM projects with delivery-focused outcomes.
