Job summary

Frog Data, part of Capgemini Invent, London, is seeking Consultant/Senior Consultant with hands-on data science experience, including GenAI and LLMs, to drive customer data analytics projects. You will work across CX analytics, marketing, and product domains, delivering insights, models, and production-ready solutions.

You will join a collaborative team in a hybrid London setting, with opportunities to mentor others and influence client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Data Science & AI expert with Generative AI and LLM experience.
• CX data analytics across marketing, web, or product analytics.
• Experience delivering insights or AI/ML POCs, MVPs and production-grade solutions.
• Programming in Python or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data tools.
• Ability to present data insights with Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborative cross-functional delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams from planning to delivery for AI/ML insights.
• Engage stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members and peers.
• Collaborate with client teams to shape data strategy and implementations.
