GenAI Change and Communications Advisor - The role:

The GenAI Change and Communications Advisor at Linklaters is a pivotal role that focuses on managing and executing strategic communications for our Generative AI programme. This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing clear, engaging communication across the organisation to bolster understanding and drive engagement with GenAI initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with the GenAI programme team and key stakeholders.
  • Driving understanding and adoption of GenAI initiatives and tools.
  • Coordinating internal events.
  • Building relationships, and facilitating effective communication to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in change management, product marketing, or internal communications, ideally within tech or innovation sectors.
  • Experience in legal services or a related field is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for Generative AI and innovative technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and independent work.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex information.
  • Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, social media).
  • Ability to influence at all organisational levels and work collaboratively.
  • Competence in developing and executing communications plans, adapting as necessary.
  • Skills to measure communication impact and produce insightful reports.
