Your Mission:

As Gen Z Learning Content Curator, you will serve as our Editor in Chief for our in-app feeds and content. Your mission is to be in on the detail, and to oversee the design and delivery of bold, learning campaign experiences that educate, engage, and upskill a 3M+ GenZ user-base.

You’ll lead the end-to-end creative process - shaping user learning journeys and branded partner storytelling rollouts in-app. You’ll own creative briefs and production oversight, working directly with creative teams, creators, and agency partners to bring ideas to life. You will use AI tools to streamline production while maintaining originality and quality. With final sign-off on all assets, you’ll ensure everything meets the highest creative, brand, and learning standards.

You are the client-facing creative lead, you’ll be obsessed with partner KPIs and able to present sticky creative concepts and learning flows with confidence, translate feedback into clear direction, and align vision across teams. You’ll have a natural style for giving constructive feedback and will lead Goodwall’s tone and visual identity. You will iterate using data, A/B testing, and performance insights.

Overall, you are responsible for getting amazing content over the line and will achieve this by driving and galvanising teams and creators to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with Gen Z globally, and drive measurable learning outcomes.

What you bring:

  • Creative leadership, exceptional taste and the ability to drive teams to deliver learning content.
  • 3+ years of experience as a creator with experience of creative production, campaign design, storytelling, and instructional content.
  • You’re a creator yourself, with firsthand experience producing viral video, digital content, or campaigns. Please share with us your social handles.
  • You’re a curator, you have great taste, know what resonates with Gen Z.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases ability to translate complex ideas into visual and narrative educational formats that resonate with Gen Z.
  • You’re deeply familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and understand how to craft content that educates and inspires youth audiences.

  • You know how to shape end-to-end learning journeys and challenge experiences that are both fun and impactful.
  • You can confidently write briefs, collate and deliver feedback across teams and agencies, present concepts to clients, and synthesize feedback across stakeholders.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, working across teams including design, product, marketing, moderation, and agency partners.
  • You’re fluent in creative strategy, with a strong eye for quality and consistency across touchpoints.
