We are seeking two GenAI Architects—experienced platform or solution architects with strong foundations in enterprise platforms and data, focusing on designing and enabling AI-powered, GenAI-enhanced, and agentic systems.
Reporting to the Head of Data Architecture, you will shape how AXA adopts and scales intelligent automation, language models, and agentic AI capabilities across customer-facing products and internal operations. Your responsibilities include defining architecture patterns, guiding delivery teams, and collaborating with engineering, product, and data colleagues to develop intelligent assistants, copilots, and workflow-optimizing AI systems.
We support flexible working arrangements, requiring at least two days per week (40%) away from home, increasing to three days (60%) by the end of 2025. This includes visiting offices, clients, or industry events, with options for flexible schedules discussed with Talent Acquisition.
