Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Duration: Contract (6 months min)

Pay Rate: DOE

Hours: 7am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am till 1pm on a Friday

Own transport recommended due to location

Our Client based in the Burton on Trent area are looking for a Mechanical Fitter (Voith Fitter) to join their team. This role involves working on various mechanical fitting tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform mechanical fitting tasks as required.
2. Ensure machinery is maintained and operational.
3. Work collaboratively with the engineering team.
4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in mechanical fitting.
2. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
3. Good problem-solving skills.
4. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or related fields.
