GDPR Data Analyst

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a GDPR Data Analyst based in London for an initial 6 month contract.

*** INSIDE IR35 ***

Our client are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical GDPR Data Analyst to support their data protection and compliance efforts.

In this role, you will ensure that the company’s data practices align with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data privacy laws.

You will collaborate with legal, IT, compliance, and business teams to analyze data processing activities, identify risks, and support privacy initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support “delete/anonymise/obfuscate (DAO) personal data" within our systems and data platforms as per GDPR retention requirements.
* Do the analysis to identify where we have volumes of data that require removal. Working with the system SME's and doing database analysis to document the current landscape so that the project can prioritise activity

Key Skills:

* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, privacy, or compliance roles.
* Strong understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection laws
