Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a GD&T & Tolerance Analyst to join our mechanical engineering team. You will define long-term GD&T strategies and tolerance analysis methods across multiple projects, collaborating with design engineers to improve accuracy and repeatability.

You will train engineers, develop new internal standards and training materials, and support project delivery in a dynamic, hybrid environment with site on 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑precision engineering environments.
• Knowledge of geometrical variation analysis and GD&T principles.
• Ability to train engineers and develop internal standards and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term GD&T strategy and tolerance analysis methods across multiple projects.
• Support, upskill and train engineers across design projects.
• Develop and implement internal knowledge standards and training documents.
