Job Overview:

Are you a recent graduate in English, Mathematics, or Science with a desire to find a meaningful full-time GCSE Support Tutor role in your specialist subject for the remainder of the academic year?

We are working with a fantastic secondary academy located in Leeds, seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and hardworking GCSE Support Tutor to join their Year 11 teaching support department in a full-time role for the rest of the academic year.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support to Year 11 students in English, Maths, or Science
• Supporting students with tailored tuition aligned with the current curriculum
• Conducting sessions both inside and outside the classroom

Location & Details:

• Located in Leeds (LS9 area)
• Paid £95 per day during term time
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, February to July 2025

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree in English, Mathematics, or Science
• Prior experience tutoring, teaching, or working with young people
• Outgoing and knowledgeable personality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passionate about supporting young people's academic development
