This Tutor Opportunity is for a professional tutor and qualified UK teacher to bridge learning gaps, raise attainment and prepare students for their GCSEs or A levels. The successful candidate will have outstanding teaching skills both in the classroom and when delivering innovative and engaging online learning and a passion for helping students from a range of backgrounds to develop their Maths skills.

We are looking for Maths tutors who are eager to work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs with a creative, flexible and holistic approach to raise attainment and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey.

Experience, Training and Qualifications of the 1:1 Tutor:

• QTS or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year UK classroom experience
• Be confident teaching sessions online
• Provide a firm but fair approach
• Have recent safeguarding training or willing to undergo Prospero’s course

To be eligible for this role, the potential 1:1 Tutor must:

• Hold the right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child-related references.
