Job description

This role is to assist the Quality & Controls Manager in leading the analysis of data quality and insights to drive improvements, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational and strategic decision-making across GCS.

A Bit About The Job

• Conduct analysis of performance metrics to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement a reporting suite of business-important metrics across GCS Operations.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that support GCS and GCS Operations decisions.
• Take personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy and drive opportunities for operational improvements.
• Act on feedback from colleagues and share ideas with managers and peers.

Skills And Experience We're Looking For

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Qlik is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate data insights clearly and concisely.
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and understand the analysis of complex information and its impacts.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferable but not essential.
