Job summary

A leading technology recruitment consultancy is seeking a GCP Security Consultant to design secure cloud architectures. You will advise on policies and implement security controls, driving cloud adoption strategies while ensuring compliance with UK regulations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in cloud security, particularly in GCP, and possesses strong communication and consulting skills. This is a permanent position based onsite in Corsham, UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud security, particularly within GCP, with a deep understanding of UK compliance frameworks.
• Experience with GCP security services, identity federation, network segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a consulting mindset.

• Design and advise on secure cloud architectures within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring compliance with UK and international standards.
• Assess risks, implement robust security controls, and guide secure cloud adoption strategies across sectors.
• Translate technical risks into business impact, applying a strong understanding of cloud-native security and regulatory frameworks.

About You

• Proven experience in cloud security, particularly within GCP, with a deep understanding of UK compliance frameworks.
• Experience with GCP security services, identity federation, network segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code.
