Job summary

GBST Target Operating Model Design and Implementation is seeking an experienced GBST Composer specialist to design, develop and implement a TOM for a GBP Composer-based platform within an Investment/Wealth Management environment. The role combines hands-on GBST Composer work with a solid understanding of investment operations, products and regulatory requirements, translating design into a robust technical implementation.

Role is 2-3 days per week in London office with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Investment/Wealth management experience.
• Previous experience in design and implement.
• GBST Composer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Target Operating Model for GBST Composer.
• Define the target architecture, operating processes, roles, responsibilities and governance required to support the platform.
• Translate business and operating-model requirements into practical Composer solutions.
• Identify gaps between the current and target operating models and define remediation plans.
• Establish appropriate processes for development, configuration, testing, release management, support and continuous improvement.
• Define controls, MI, governance and service-management processes around the Composer platform.
• Lead Composer solution design across relevant investment and wealth management capabilities.
• Configure workflows, business rules, products, processes and integrations.
• Analyse complex requirements and translate them into scalable Composer configurations.
• Support integration with surrounding platforms and enterprise services.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Establish development and configuration standards to improve maintainability and quality.
