A major banking institution is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Poole branch. In this full-time role, you will assist customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing their queries and transactions. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and effective communication abilities. This position offers a salary of £24,000 plus benefits, including a pension contribution and 25 days of holiday.

We welcome applications on the understanding that, should you be offered this role, there may be no relocation package available. Santander will pay the employer mandatory government fees that are required to pay in connection with visa sponsorship. You may be liable for your own personal employee immigration and relocation costs.
This is a full-time permanent branch-based role, working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm
