£75k - Senior Manager, Content Design - Studio Manager experience needed

Location: Uxbridge, Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Profiles Creative are partnering with a global health and wellness brand to find a Senior Manager, Content Design to lead their in-house creative studio across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader who knows how to balance inspiring ideas with day-to-day delivery—someone who loves storytelling, creative direction, and ensuring the studio runs like clockwork.

The Role

As Senior Manager, Content Design, you’ll oversee a talented team of content designers, video editors, and motion specialists. You’ll lead the creative vision, direct content across digital, video, social and print, and ensure the team consistently produces best-in-class work.

Alongside your creative leadership, you’ll play a critical studio management role—helping to resource, traffic, and prioritise projects, keeping the creative pipeline moving smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for both quality control and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and inspire a growing creative team, mentoring designers and content creators across multiple channels.
  • Shape the art direction, storyboarding, and brand design for marketing and product-led campaigns.
  • Manage video production and studio shoots, overseeing pre-production, shooting, and editing phases.
  • Take ownership of studio resourcing and creative traffic management—working with stakeholders to align briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Champion brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring everything from packaging to digital is on-brand and engaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, social, and training teams to deliver standout creative that drives engagement.
  • Keep the team energised, engaged, and operating at pace without compromising quality.
What You Need
  • A creative leader with experience managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven background in studio management, creative resourcing, and workflow traffic.
  • A strong communicator who can confidently balance stakeholder expectations with creative output.
  • Hands-on experience in video production and content creation, ideally within wellness, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with cultural and localisation.
  • Experience in multi-level marketing models is a plus but not essential.
  • Packaging design knowledge is a bonus.
