Job Title: Cluster Team Manager (Must be a driver). Welcome Bonus of £500! Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

As a Cluster Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be a role model to others, demonstrating excellent support to those we support, and you will help the Registered Area Manager to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively.
You will work a minimum of 1 day a week with the people we support, with the remaining time working off shift.
We provide 24/7 support to some individuals, so flexibility to work shifts on a rota basis, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays, is required.
You will report directly to the Area Registered Manager and work closely with senior support workers and team leaders to ensure smooth service operation.
You will have delegated responsibility for supervising and line managing a team of Support Workers. Alongside the Registered Area Manager, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical and personal support, promoting independence and choice for the people supported. As a senior team member, you will promote good practice, ensuring safety and satisfaction of both the individuals supported and your colleagues.
