Job Title: Paediatric Complex Carer
Location: Various Locations in Surrey
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Bank

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paediatric Complex Carers to provide high-quality, person-centered care to children with complex medical needs in their homes across Surrey. You will play a vital role in supporting children with conditions such as tracheostomies, ventilators, PEG feeding, and other specialist care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored care as per individual care plans
  • Assisting with medical and personal care needs
  • Monitoring health conditions and responding to emergencies
  • Providing emotional and social support to children and their families
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in complex care or paediatrics (preferred)
  • Relevant healthcare qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) desirable
  • Training in tracheostomy care, ventilation, or PEG feeding (or willingness to undertake)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable nature
