As a Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be a role model, demonstrating excellent support, and helping the Registered Area Manager to coach, support, and manage staff effectively.
You will work a minimum of 1 day a week directly with the people we support, with the rest of your time working off shift. Flexibility for shift work, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays, is required due to 24/7 support needs.
You will report to the Area Registered Manager and collaborate with senior support workers/team leaders to ensure smooth service operation.
