As a Team Manager at Aspirations Care, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be a role model, demonstrating excellent support, and helping the Registered Area Manager to coach, support, and manage staff effectively.

You will work a minimum of 1 day a week directly with the people we support, with the rest of your time working off shift. Flexibility for shift work, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays, is required due to 24/7 support needs.

You will report to the Area Registered Manager and collaborate with senior support workers/team leaders to ensure smooth service operation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and line manage Support Workers
  • Monitor, maintain, and deliver high standards of clinical and personal support
  • Promote independence and choice for those supported
  • Lead by example to ensure safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Good IT skills and record-keeping experience
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care or equivalent, or ability to achieve within 18 months
