About the Role

At Aspirations, we support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives, promoting independence and confidence.

As a Team Manager, you'll support adults with learning disabilities, demonstrate excellent support, and assist the Registered Area Manager in coaching and managing staff. You will work at least one day a week directly with those we support and be flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and line-manage Support Workers
  • Ensure high standards of clinical and personal support
  • Promote independence and choice for those supported
  • Lead by example to ensure safety and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Good IT skills and record-keeping experience
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care or equivalent, or willing to achieve within 18 months
