A leading care provider in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Area Registered Manager to oversee Intensive Supported Living Services. This role involves ensuring compliance with CQC, driving service development, and leading teams. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 5 and experience in managing care standards. As Area Registered Manager, you’ll be the CQC-registered lead for one or more services in Birmingham. You’ll ensure high standards of care, drive service development, lead high-performing teams, and be a visible and proactive force for quality and excellence.
