Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Finance Director for GB&I to lead the financial agenda for Dyson’s UK and Ireland market. This role partners with the MD and Market Leadership Team to shape strategy and drive sustainable growth, reporting to Global Revenue Performance, Senior Finance Director.

You will own P&L performance, lead planning and governance, and influence senior commercial leaders across channels, including Direct, Indirect, B2B/Professional and eCommerce, while strengthening financial

Qualifications

10+ years in finance with leadership in a complex multinational.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
Experience owning P&L and influencing senior commercial leaders.
Strong strategic and commercial judgement, linking financial insights to decisions.
Experience leading senior finance teams in a fast-moving matrix organisation.
Exposure to SAP or OneStream is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Shape long-term financial strategy for GB&I and translate ambition into portfolio, investment and value-creation choices.
Act as strategic partner to MD and Market Leadership Team, guiding major commercial decisions.
Own market financial performance across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk and opportunity management and delivery against commitments.
Lead financial governance across GB&I with tax, legal, control and risk management.
Drive commercial effectiveness across channels including Direct, Indirect, B2B/Professional and eCommerce.
