We are currently recruiting a fixed-term Documentation Coordinator to join the Documentation team in Southampton, UK, on a full-time basis. The Documentation Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of activities within the documentation process.

Responsibilities
What you'll do
  • Create bills accurately and promptly according to shipper instructions and Customs requirements
  • Release bills to customers per credit agreements
  • Service internal and external customers via various channels
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to bills of lading and invoices
  • Monitor and correct EDI messaging related to documentation
  • Keep WW Ocean systems updated as required
  • Meet KPIs monthly
  • Comply with WW Ocean documentation and customs processes
