We are looking for a personable and conscientious Gaucho/a Chef to join our Fazenda team! Our Gaucho/a Chefs are part of our grill team and are responsible for the cooking and serving of our meats. The grill and our meats are at the heart of what we do. Our team of Gaucho/a Chefs grill, serve, and carve the finest selection of meats directly at our guests’ tables, with all the tradition behind the unique Brazilian way of serving. Although experience is great, it isn’t essential as full training will be provided, so long as you are friendly and have a passion for guests—you’ll fit right in! A good level of English is required for this role.
The advertised wage is inclusive of a basic wage of £12.26 per hour, plus anticipated tronc of £5.02 per hour.

About the Role of Gaucho/a Chef
The role involves serving a selection of up to fifteen meats, including sirloin, fillet, rump, chicken, lamb, pork, and ribeye. We are passionate about tailoring our meat service to meet each guest’s needs.
