Our properties are safe, psychologically informed environments (PIE), where we work with children and young people using person-led, holistic, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approaches. We aim to help children and young people find self-worth and believe they deserve a better future, supporting them in safe, positive transitions—including from care to more independent living, and from childhood to adulthood. We provide holistic support to develop essential life skills, improve health outcomes, achieve aspirations, and reach their full potential.
To join us, you should have experience and understanding of the needs of children and young people, especially those leaving care and experiencing homelessness, including issues related to mental health, trauma, abuse, substance use, and offending.

You will work closely with Oasis senior leaders and external partners to ensure smooth transitions as existing projects conclude and new ones are launched.
